Week 1 · You complete a short questionnaire and share your org chart and meeting rhythm. Then our first 90-minute session: your goals, pressure points and where decisions get stuck.
Week 2 · A second 90-minute session going deeper into delegation, your senior hires and how the team works when you're not in the room.
Week 3 · You receive a written summary of the top three constraints on your team, and a practical 30-day action list.

How it runs
Week 1 · Founder discovery session. We agree scope, who I'll speak to, and what success looks like for you.
Weeks 2–3 · Confidential one-to-one interviews with four to six members of your leadership team, plus a review of roles, decision rights and how meetings run.
Week 4 · I observe one of your leadership meetings by video to see how the team works together in practice.
Week 5 · I build your Leadership Performance Map: the team's strengths, friction points, risks and priorities, all anonymised.
Week 6 · A two-hour readout with you, then a prioritised 90-day plan with clear owners.

Leadership Advisory
A thinking partner for you and your senior team while the changes bed in. Available after a Review or Diagnostic, so we start from a shared picture.
Monthly founder sessions Space to think through decisions, hires and how you're leading.
Team sessions One facilitated leadership-team session each month to keep the 90-day plan moving.
Support between sessions Message me when a tricky conversation or decision comes up.
Quarterly check-in We review progress against the plan and reset priorities.

Good to know
Is everything remote?
Yes. All sessions and interviews run by video. I work with founders across US time zones, with most sessions held in the US morning.
How do you keep interviews confidential?
Individual comments are never attributed. Findings are shared as themes, and we agree in writing at the start who sees what and how notes are stored.
Do you use psychometric assessments?
My work is interview-led. Confidential conversations with your team show how they actually work together day to day, which questionnaires often miss.
Which should I start with?
Most founders start with the Founder Bottleneck Review. If your team is already feeling the strain, we may go straight to the Diagnostic. We'll decide together.
How does payment work?
Fees are invoiced in USD: 50% on signing and 50% on delivery. Advisory is billed monthly in advance.
