The Unseen Partner
Coaching for women who love someone with ADHD and have quietly lost themselves in the process.
You are not anxious. You are not controlling. You are not too much.
You are someone who has been living inside a dynamic that nobody prepared you for managing, compensating, hypervigilating, while slowly losing track of who you actually are.
You love your partner. And you are exhausted in a way that's almost impossible to explain to people who haven't lived it.
This programme was built for you.
This is for you if:
— Your partner has ADHD, or you suspect they do, and the relationship dynamic has become the defining feature of your life
— You have started to believe that you are the problem — too sensitive, too demanding, not patient enough
— You feel chronically unseen, even by the person closest to you
— You can't remember the last time you felt like yourself
— You want to understand what you've actually been living through and start building a life that feels like yours again
The Unseen Partner — what's included
6 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions, held online
A private peer community of women navigating the same experience
Psychoeducation resources on ADHD, PDA and RSD — written for partners, not clinicians
Voice note support between sessions, for when things come up and you need to be heard
Your journey, session by session
Session 1 — Your Story, Unfiltered Language for an experience you may never have been able to name.
Session 2 — Understanding the Invisible Architecture Why the dynamic is the way it is. And why it was never about you.
Session 3 — Who Were You Before? Reconnecting with the self that existed before the relationship shaped you.
Session 4 — The Stories You're Carrying Separating what's true from what you've been told — directly or indirectly.
Session 5 — New Responses, Real Boundaries Practical tools that work with your partner's neurology, not against it.
Session 6 — Your Life, Reclaimed Integration, forward vision, and a clear picture of what comes next.
I built this programme because I needed it and it didn't exist.
I know what it feels like to be the unseen partner. To present as the organised, capable, emotionally consistent one, because someone has to be, while quietly running on empty. To not have language for what's happening, and to turn that confusion inward.
I'm a certified coach, currently completing an MSc in Business and Organisational Psychology, and trained through the Jay Shetty Certification School. But the foundation of this work is lived experience. I understand the specific texture of this dynamic, including the layers that most coaching never reaches: PDA, RSD, and what it means to love someone whose nervous system works fundamentally differently from yours.
This is not theoretical. This is personal. And that's exactly why it works.
You don't have to keep doing this alone.
If something on this page has named something you've been carrying quietly, that recognition matters. It means you're in the right place.
The founding cohort is small by design. If you'd like to explore whether this programme is right for you, start with a free 30-minute discovery call. No obligation, no pressure. Just a conversation.
The Unseen Partner is a coaching programme, not a therapeutic or clinical service. If at any point it feels like you need support beyond what coaching provides, I will always help you find the right pathway.
